Breakfast ideas

Fresh berries, yogurt, granola. Get low-fat yogurt (not non-fat, as it often has too much sugar) or soy yogurt, cut up some berries or other fruits, add some healthy cereal. I actually use the Kashi Golean Crunch instead of granola, as many brands of granola have way too much fat and/or sugar.
Grapefruit with whole-wheat toast & almond butter. Add a little sugar on top of the grapefruit, and it’s actually pretty good. The almond butter is healthier than peanut-butter, with lots of good protein to fill you up.
Fresh fruit salad. Cut up some apples, melons, berries, oranges, pears, bananas, grapes … any or all or whatever your favorite fruits are. Add a little bit of lime or lemon juice. Perfect.
Protein shake with extras. I use soy protein powder, but whey works well too. Blend up with low-fat milk or soy milk, some frozen blueberries, and perhaps some almond butter or oatmeal. That may sound weird, but it’s actually pretty good, and pretty filling. A little ground flax seed works well too.
Eggs with peppers. I’m not a fan of eggs, but many people love them. Egg whites are healthier than whole eggs. Scramble with a little olive oil, red and green bell peppers, maybe broccoli, onions, black pepper. Goes well with whole-wheat toast.
Cottage cheese and fruit. Get low-fat cottage cheese. Add any kind of fruit. Apples, citrus, berries. :)

here are some breakfast ideas, because everybody knows, it is the most important meal of the day:

15 Best Diet Tips Ever

Experts share their top tips for weight loss success.
Everyone knows the keys to losing weight: Eat less and exercise more. Sounds simple enough, but in the context of real life and its demands, it can be anything but simple. So how do successful losers do it?

Best Diet Tip No. 1: Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.

People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need.
"If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories,"

Best Diet Tip No. 2: Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.

Start by focusing on getting the recommended 5-9 servings fruites and vegetables each day.
"It sounds like a lot, but it is well worth it, because at the same time you are meeting your fiber goals and feeling more satisfied from the volume of food," .
You're also less likely to overeat because fruits and vegetables displace fat in the diet. And that's not to mention the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. More than 200 studies have documented the disease-preventing qualities of phytochemicals found in produce,
getting more: Work vegetables into meals instead of just serving them as sides on a plate.
"I love to take seasonal vegetables and make stir-fries, frittatas, risotto, pilafs, soups, or layer on sandwiches," . "It is so easy to buy a variety of vegetables and incorporate them into dishes."

Best Diet Tip No. 3: Consider whether you're really hungry.

Whenever you feel like eating, look for physical signs of hunger,
"Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you need fuel, so when a craving doesn't come from hunger, eating will never satisfy it," she says.
When you're done eating, you should feel better -- not stuffed, bloated, or tired.
"Your stomach is only the size of your fist, so it takes just a handful of food to fill it comfortably,"
Keeping your portions reasonable will help you get more in touch with your feelings of hunger and fullness.

Best Diet Tip No. 4: Be choosy about nighttime snacks.

Mindless eating occurs most frequently after dinner, when you finally sit down and relax.
"Sitting down with a bag of chips or cookies in front of the television is an example of eating amnesia, where you mindlessly eat without being hungry, but out of habit,"
Either close down the kitchen after a certain hour, or allow yourself a low-calorie snack, like a 100-calorie pack of cookies or a half-cup scoop of low-fat ice cream. Once you find that you're usually satisfied with the low-cal snack, try a cup of zero-calorie tea.

hi guys!!

Everybody knows how important it is to move, train. But not everybody knows, that the most important physical movement is RUNNING. :) -Of course other trainings are healthy and help you keep skinny, but running is unreplaceable. So if you run at least twice a week, you will notice the changes. Example, when I started running it was very hard for me but with time your body will ask for it :D. It deserves the hard work, you just need patience. So good luck with it :)

Water is one of the best tools for weight loss, first of all because it often replaces high-calorie drinks like soda and juice and alcohol with a drink that doesn't have any calories. Water is the best to drink because it doesn't have any calories, fat or anything that is not healthy for you. You should drink minimum 1 liter / day but of course the more you drink the better.
What water helps you with: it gives you energy, healthy skin, helpes with stomach acid problems, cleansing and other so much more.

interesting facts
  1. Drinking a good amount of water could lower your risks of a heart attack. A six-year study published in the May 1, 2002 American Journal of Epidemiology found that those who drink more than 5 glasses of water a day were 41% less likely to die from a heart attack during the study period than those who drank less than two glasses.
  2. Being dehydrated can sap your energy and make you feel tired -- even mild dehydration of as little as 1 or 2 percent of your body weight. If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated -- and this can lead to fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness and other symptoms.

1. The donut was calling my name.

2. It was my birthday, so I had to eat the whole cake.

3. I had to get the bitter taste out of my mouth from eating the so-called diet food, so I ate a candy bar.

Killing drinks

It could be a good-looking choice to drink instead of eating. But the only thing, what really matters, is WHAT you eat AND WHAT you drink. Would you guess how much sugar a coke matches?? - Well 20 oz. coke are like you would eat 16 ts. sugar!! So instead of drinking a coke, it would be even better, if you would eat some meet or vegetables, or fruits!
Drinking is also very important, but I also like it more, if the drink "tastes" good. I mean, I can't drink all the time just water. So I figured out, how I can drink tasty drinks... :))
You can buy in man supermarkets those vitamin tablets. A tablet is only 7 or 8 (sometimes 16 or 18) cals. They are very delicious, you can buy it in different fruit tastes, they are healthy (everybody needs vitamins) and they are much-much less cals, than for example a coke or an orange juice!!
So, try it out!! :))

Monday, June 27, 2011 - a website for those, who wants to be skinny

If you really (but really really) want to be skinny (not just thin), this website is just perfect for you!! A lot of tips to get yourself from too much eating away and articles about skinny models and celebrities. The blogger (and her boyfriend) work/s in the fashionworld, but she doesn't write about herself. Very useful are the comments. People are sharing diet tips and asking questions, which all have to do something with being skinny. If you have any question, you should also write there a comment! Here is the website link:

3 tips to eat when you are hungry but you don't want plus calories

You probably know the feeling, when it's afternoon, a few hours after lunch, you feel yourself hungry. So, what to do, if you don't want plus calories, but you want to eat something? Here are 3 easy tips to stay skinny without being hungry:

1) Fruit shake:

Fruit shake is a good choose, because fruits contain many vitamins, which you need, and not too much calories. You only need 5 minutes to make it, and it will sure make you feel good for many hours. My favourite is banana-kiwi shake. This two fruits are my favourites, and do you know, that kiwi has the biggest vitamin contain of the fruits?

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 0,5 l milk
  • liquor of a half lemon
  • one teaspoon cinnamon
Cut the the banana and the two kiwis in big pieces, put it in the shake machine. After it's almost liquid, slowly give the milk to it. Shake it. When it's ready ad the liquor of the lemon and the cinnamon to it. Shake it one more time.
It's really easy to make it, but really delicious!!!

2) Carrots with almonds and walnuts:

This is even easier to prepare than the shake! You just have to wash the carrots (the most delicious is, if you make it with baby carrots), put it on a plate with the almonds and walnuts. Carrots contain many vitamins and almonds and walnuts are important for the healthy skin!

3) When you really need something to eat - low calorie ice cream:

If you really feel yourself hungry, why don't you eat a little ice cream. The Skinny Cow ice cream from Nestlé has a low calorie (150 calories/cap) and fat (1g/cap) contain. 5 different flavors, and many other snacks. Just for you! :)

Delicious and healthy - Tenderloin with citrus salad

  • 1 piece tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 dl olive-oil
  • 1 small bouquet of leek (cut up)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crashed)
  • 1 small ginger (rasped)
  • 1-1 small bouquet of coriander and basil (cut up)
  • 1 bag of mixed salad
  • salt, pepper
For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 dl olive-oil
  • rasped zest and liquor of 1 orange
  • salt, pepper

Salt and pepper the tenderloin and calcine it in a pan in a little olive-oil. After a few minutes take it out and put in the rest of the oil the leek. 5 minutes later take the pan from the fire and put the garlic, the ginger, the coriander and the basil in it. As long as you mix it, salt and pepper it.

Grease the mustard and the mixed leek, garlic,... on the tenderloin. Put it in the oven on 200 Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

During this time, you can make the sauce. Mix the ingredients in a small glass and salt and pepper it.

At the end mix the salad with the sauce and put the tenderloin, which you can cut in 2 cm big pieces, on the top. Enjoy!!

This food is not just absolutely delicious, it's also very healthy!
