3 tips to eat when you are hungry but you don't want plus calories

You probably know the feeling, when it's afternoon, a few hours after lunch, you feel yourself hungry. So, what to do, if you don't want plus calories, but you want to eat something? Here are 3 easy tips to stay skinny without being hungry:

1) Fruit shake:

Fruit shake is a good choose, because fruits contain many vitamins, which you need, and not too much calories. You only need 5 minutes to make it, and it will sure make you feel good for many hours. My favourite is banana-kiwi shake. This two fruits are my favourites, and do you know, that kiwi has the biggest vitamin contain of the fruits?

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 0,5 l milk
  • liquor of a half lemon
  • one teaspoon cinnamon
Cut the the banana and the two kiwis in big pieces, put it in the shake machine. After it's almost liquid, slowly give the milk to it. Shake it. When it's ready ad the liquor of the lemon and the cinnamon to it. Shake it one more time.
It's really easy to make it, but really delicious!!!

2) Carrots with almonds and walnuts:

This is even easier to prepare than the shake! You just have to wash the carrots (the most delicious is, if you make it with baby carrots), put it on a plate with the almonds and walnuts. Carrots contain many vitamins and almonds and walnuts are important for the healthy skin!

3) When you really need something to eat - low calorie ice cream:

If you really feel yourself hungry, why don't you eat a little ice cream. The Skinny Cow ice cream from Nestlé has a low calorie (150 calories/cap) and fat (1g/cap) contain. 5 different flavors, and many other snacks. Just for you! :)

Delicious and healthy - Tenderloin with citrus salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 piece tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 dl olive-oil
  • 1 small bouquet of leek (cut up)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crashed)
  • 1 small ginger (rasped)
  • 1-1 small bouquet of coriander and basil (cut up)
  • 1 bag of mixed salad
  • salt, pepper
For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 dl olive-oil
  • rasped zest and liquor of 1 orange
  • salt, pepper

Salt and pepper the tenderloin and calcine it in a pan in a little olive-oil. After a few minutes take it out and put in the rest of the oil the leek. 5 minutes later take the pan from the fire and put the garlic, the ginger, the coriander and the basil in it. As long as you mix it, salt and pepper it.

Grease the mustard and the mixed leek, garlic,... on the tenderloin. Put it in the oven on 200 Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

During this time, you can make the sauce. Mix the ingredients in a small glass and salt and pepper it.

At the end mix the salad with the sauce and put the tenderloin, which you can cut in 2 cm big pieces, on the top. Enjoy!!

This food is not just absolutely delicious, it's also very healthy!
