hi guys!!

Everybody knows how important it is to move, train. But not everybody knows, that the most important physical movement is RUNNING. :) -Of course other trainings are healthy and help you keep skinny, but running is unreplaceable. So if you run at least twice a week, you will notice the changes. Example, when I started running it was very hard for me but with time your body will ask for it :D. It deserves the hard work, you just need patience. So good luck with it :)
